HIlls

I'm already thinking about the hills I'm going to do tomorrow
Hills are by far the most challenging aspect of training for me
But they can also be the most exhilarating
I'm shooting for a minimum of 6 repeats up courthouse hill
(it takes 2-3 minutes for me to ascend)
and a 7 mile run

but I need to sleep first I guess
