Training 01/24/11 - 01/30/11

I don't feel like this past week is really worth writing about.
I ran a total of 20 miles. Mostly recovery trail miles.
I did some bouldering with my buddy Bret, which I really enjoyed.
I got my knee pain to subside and I feel like I'm on the right track for Orcas.
I'm ready for the summer and all the great things I'll do.
I'm particularly excited for White River and Our Wonderland Trail Adventure.
