I eat healthy all day and then I eat milk duds.

This week was taper time. I ran around 40 miles, mostly easy efforts.
I am battling a cold that's been going around at work, otherwise I would've had less rest days, but it's probably better in the long run (no pun intended).
I don't have a whole lot of running related stuff to write about this week or non running related stuff for that matter.
The next time you hear from me I will have finished my first 50 miler!
