now and then

The body is an amazing thing. 
Just by looking at the photo below you can tell how much running form and efficiency can improve in a relatively short period of time with regular training. If nothing else, it's entertaining, so I had to share it.
On the left is a photo of me completing my first half marathon in May, 2010 and on the right is a photo of me completing my first 50 mile in December, 2012.
